Century TournamentJoin us for this fabulous, fun filled event our annual Century Tournament! To participate in this event you and your partner’s ages must add up to 100 years of age..or older! No partner, no problem just let us know and we will match you up with someone. Refreshments will be provided. This is a great doubles competition and round robin play on Saturday and Sunday! TRX, or “Total Resistance Cross Training” focuses on total body strength and conditioning as it activates muscle group fibers, moves the body thru all planes of motion and rigorously incorporates the core. The TRX also uses a person’s own body weight to provide resistance for strength training which is safe and effective for increasing joint mobility and range of motion.
