At Langley High School, he played varsity tennis and his team went on to win the Virginia AAA Championship. Unfortunately for Casey, this happened one year after he had graduated.
Undaunted, he ventured to Ohio State University, where he played varsity tennis, and his team went on to win the Big 10 Championship. Unfortunately for Casey, this too occurred one year after he graduated.
In 1989, Casey became U.S.P.T.A. certified(some claim he’s certifiable as well) teaching professional. In 1992, his good friend Griff Lamkin was kind enough to offer him a job teaching tennis at McLean Racquet & Health Club. When Casey’s not off visiting some far-flung corner of the globe, he can usually be found on one of the five courts teaching kids and grown-ups the game of tennis, and having way too much fun in the process.

Sean grew up playing many different sports but committed to tennis at age 12 and hasn’t looked back, training year-round on the sport ever since. At 16 Sean trained in Spain and came back to Chantilly HS to be the #1 player and team captain of the varsity tennis team, leading the team to win the Virginia 6A State Title. After graduating high school, returned to Spain for more training and went on to play Futures tennis tournaments in Indonesia, Japan, and Germany.
Sean loves to coach tennis as much as he loves to play and began coaching at age 15 in clubs, programs, and academies in and out of this area. Sean is certified by PTR as a performance tennis trainer, and teaches students, both adult and junior, that include collegiate, high school, and mid-atlantic tennis players. He has coached locally at Luis Rosado Academy, Fairfax Racquet Club, River Creek Country Club, Chesterbrook Swim and Tennis Club, Courtplay Athletics, RJTennis Boot Camp, and A+ Tennis Academy. Abroad, he coached at Academia TennisComp in Spain, and TennisSchwendi Academy in Germany. Sean uses his knowledge and experience from training and playing abroad when training his students. He trains players using a European style training model because he has found that this style maximizes the potential of the player. Sean believes that every player can take their game to the next level, and gives them the tools and knowledge they need to achieve this goal.

Kristina was born in Haskovo, Bulgaria in 1982, the daughter of Atanas Georgiev and Nadia Georgieva. She started to play tennis at the age of five with father Atanas, a national coach for the Bulgarian Tennis Federation who currently works for the Federation in an effort to further develop youth tennis in Europe.

One year later, she played in the European Championship for under-14s, where she lost in the third round in three sets against the later world #1 WTA tour player Kim Clijsters.
In high school, Kristina was consistently ranked among the top eight players in the senior women’s rankings in Bulgaria. She was a finalist in the under-18s junior national tournament in Bulgaria, and finished third overall in the Bulgarian senior women’s doubles tournament. Playing on the pro circuit, Kristina reached a career-high WTA tour ranking of number 870.
After coming to America, Kristina played four years on the American University Varsity Women’s Tennis Team, where she received a full scholarship. Rob Carvajal, Jr. is the creator and founder of RJ TENNIS BOOT CAMP®, an exciting, challenging, high energy tennis program which has grown to become the most sought after adult tennis clinic in the metropolitan area. Rob has developed specialized programs for every level of player, from the beginner, to highly advanced USTA players.
A former competitive diver, Rob knows that fear has no place in diving, because one moment of hesitation can lead to serious, life-altering injuries. Along with coaching tennis, he has coached divers, motivating them to overcome that fear, achieve excellence, and win championships. His record as a dive coach– 20 Virginia High School State Team Championships and 17 NVSL Division One Team Championships–proves his coaching style works. Today, the number one diver in the country began as Rob’s student at age 10 through high school, entering Stanford in the fall.
Rob brings his unique motivational and coaching style to his RJ TENNIS BOOT CAMP™, and has helped players learn to hit all out and play fearlessly, while improving their fitness, foot speed, power and mental toughness on the court. Players have attributed their increased wins and their higher USTA ratings to his RJT BOOT CAMP program, and others have dropped up to 40 pounds.
Rob gets players from day one to use the right technique and hit all out. From his beginner RJT STROKE IMMERSION™ class, to his BOOT CAMP DRILLS & LIVE BALL® classes, he believes it is easier to learn to control power, than to start hitting timidly and try to get to powerful. Like his divers, he wants players to be fearless. Anyone in Rob’s boot camps will hear him shouting out, “HIT THAT BALL! BE STRONG!” Or, “LET IT ALLLLLLLLL OUT!” Rob has developed his RJ TENNIS BOOT CAMP® so you can lose the fear, lose the doubt, acquire belief and emerge a stronger player.
Rob is excited to be a part of the McLean Racquet and Health Club family and is looking forward to the opportunity to serve you.

Johan Milbrink grew up in Uppsala, Sweden, and was an outstanding junior player from a young age, consistently ranked in the top 8 in the country for his age group. In his teens, he got to enjoy the experience of travelling and playing many international tournaments in Europe, both as an individual player as well as on the national team. When he was 17 and 18 years of age he also had the opportunity to compete in satellites and challenger level tournaments throughout Europe. He had some early success and achieved an ATP world ranking of 692. Then as an 18yr old he was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to come to America on a full room and board tennis scholarship. There he played Division 1 college tennis at Louisiana State University for 2 years and at University of Miami for another 2 years. He played the number 1 and 2 positions on the team, and as a sophomore he was at one point ranked as high as #5 in the country, while the team was ranked #3 in the country. These days Johan is married with three young children, and he’s looking to pass on the experience he’s amassed over the years to them and other young players to help them develop and mature both on and off the tennis court. To that end, he recently achieved a formal tennis teaching certification by the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR), and he’s developed an advanced junior clinic program focused on progressing young talented players so they can reach their full potential and flourish.

As a coach, Mo achieves maximum results by working closely with his students to understand their unique learning styles. Mo has a vast amount of coaching experience across many different playing
styles, and he uses this as well as his analysis of each player’s individual strengths in order to give them their own winning game plan. Mo cares deeply about every one of his students, and considers that their success in the sport and well-being as a person to be his personal responsibility.

As a junior, Ricky competed in tournament as well as team tennis programs locally and statewide. While Ricky played many sports, including golf, soccer, basketball, and tennis, it was tennis that he dedicated his high
school career to. He started on the varsity tennis team at Heritage High School all four years and was captain both his junior and senior years. acted as a program administrator. In the Fall of 2021, Ricky’s ever-growing passion for coaching led him to make the decision to begin his full-time coaching career.
Ricky specializes in coaching junior junior tennis and strives to create an environment that is fun and inviting for kids of all ages. He believes that it’s equally important to develop both a strong foundation of skills and to impart a love for the game that will last a lifetime.
